The following is a partial synopsis of luxury single-family and condominium communities recently marketed by The Ball Group.

Equus - www.liveequus.com

The Ball Group was retained to rescue the high-end community of Equus for two custom homebuilders, Landmark Custom Homes and Ecclestone Signature Communities.  Equus is a planned community consisting of 280 single family estate homes ranging in size from 3000 to 9000 sq/ft under air.   As a result of the extreme downturn of the South Florida real estate market, our clients were saddled with over thirty (30) fully completed custom homes designed and built for contract customers that were unable to close when construction was completed.  The Ball Group performed an extensive market study, devised and implemented a sales and marketing  strategy, executed  the plan and sold and closed every home for our clients within a twelve (12) month period… in one of the worst real estate markets on record.  

Mizner’s Preserve

Mizner’s Preserve was a private estate community consisting of 260 single family custom homes built and developed by two (2) elite custom home builders, Sterling Communities and Puder- Siegle Homes.  The Ball Group was retained to oversee all aspects of the sales and marketing process and closed over $280 million in real estate within twenty-four (24) months.

Valencia at Abacoa

Valencia at Abacoa is an enclave of 147 luxury custom homes in a neighborhood that combined four of the area’s most prestigious builders; Frankel-Paone Homes, Delcrest Homes, The Sprear Group and Issa Homes.  Valencia’s architecture was inspired by Palm Beach’s most recognizable architect, Henry Flagler.  The Ball Group was an integral part in helping its clients design a product with the buyer in mind and developing a cost effective sales and marketing program to drive qualified traffic and get results.  Valencia was absorbed within 18 months at a total sell out of over $140 million and it continues to be one of area’s most sought after communities.             

San Michele

San Michele is a small exclusive private community consisting of 90 custom estate homes located in the heart of a thriving metropolitan area.  The builders, Sterling Communities and Gordon Homes, were having a tough time; traffic was slow, sales were sluggish and their community was on life support.  The Ball Group replaced their existing sales team and implemented a system for success that consisted of upgrading the neighborhood, redesigning the sales center and the implementation of a new sales, marketing and media plan that repositioned San Michele as a “First-in-Class” neighborhood.  By giving our clients a clear, fresh-eyes approach and implementing our critical path for success, the balance of sixty (60) homes totaling almost $80 million in sales at San Michele were sold within nine (9) months.
 

Somerset at Abacoa

Somerset at Abacoa  is a 240 unit luxury condominium project built and developed by Wood Partners.  The Ball Group used its expertise to develop a new condominium sales and marketing program for our clients from the ground floor up.  We performed a comprehensive market analysis that compared Somerset on a line by line basis to other competitors in the market.  A plan was formulated to design the sales center, furnish and decorate models, train the sales team, design collateral materials, implement the media plan and develop on-site events that eventually turned into a sell-out of over $60 million in new condominiums within a nine (9) month window.

Tierra Verde

Tierra Verde   is a luxury condominium project managed by The Ball Group for Wood Partners.  It consisted of 300 condominiums in the prestigious community of Delray Beach, Florida.  The Ball Group applied its award winning formula for success to this new project and sold over $75 million in real estate for our client in seven (7) months.

Mezzano

Mezzano, located in West Palm Beach, Florida is the third luxury condominium project marketed by The Ball Group for Wood Partners and it consisted of 266 condominiums totaling nearly $50 million in real estate.  The formula for operating a successful sales and marketing program was already in place and Mezzano was absorbed by the public in 3 months.     

Fiore at the Gardens               

Fiore at the Gardens located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida was the final luxury condominium project market by The Ball Group for Wood Partners.  Fiore consisted of 240 condominiums totaling nearly $75 million in real estate.  The Ball Group efficiently managed crowds of over 6000 potential buyers during a ten (10) day preview period and sold out the project in a two (2) day lottery.
