Allen Ball
PRESIDENT

Allen Ball, President, is a real estate broker, general contractor and former developer of large scale communities in many states throughout the Southeast.  With over 35 years experience in the residential housing industry, Ball founded the company with the vision of providing sales, marketing and consulting  services to moderate-sized builders and developers who may not have ready access to highly trained sales professionals to market their product. The company continues to be guided by the principles of honesty and integrity and doing “the right thing” for its clients and customers.

Mr. Ball’s experience spans such  large scaled communities as Kiawah Island, Prestonwood Country Club and Stonehouse, VA to regional and smaller communities such as Valencia at Abacoa, Mizner’s Preserve, Governor’s Land and San Michele to name a few.  His development experience combined with former exectutive positions with industry homebuilding giants such as Ryland Homes, M/I Homes and Boise Cascade, gives the company a uniquely high level of expertise in all aspects of development, construction, sales and marketing and has made The Ball Group one of the most successful new home sales and marketing firms in the country.


Brad Ball
VICE PRESIDENT

Brad Ball, Vice President, is the keeper of The Ball Group’s overall vision to design, implement and manage fully integrated marketing and sales operations that attract and close sophisticated real estate buyers.

Brad is TBG’s principal partner responsible for company operations, sales operations and market research and is passionately dedicated to enhancing the company’s success at every turn.   His training and mentoring of talented sales professionals has contributed to a world class team of TBG sales executives that sell millions of dollars in real estate by following a time-tested critical path and building long lasting relationships with their buyers.

Brad’s guidance has been instrumental in the sale of over $1 Billion in luxury real estate for TBG’s clients and he has forged key relationships with some of North America’s premier residential builders, developers, asset managers and lenders.

Brad graduated from Florida Atlantic University and followed his dream to become a member of the PGA Tour.  After his retirement from professional golf, Brad became a real estate broker and joined Centex Homes where he applied his competitive drive to his 4 years with the company.  Brad was the recipient of several national sales awards and sold over $100 million in real estate for Centex.   His past success, coupled with the experience gained from working with his father Allen, has helped shape the foundation for the company’s business model and for the future of the firm.
